I cannot recommend this product enough

It is very easy to use but does take a bit of knowledge in order to get everything set up most efficiently. It can be complicated to set up.
Once everything is set up and you are using it most efficiently, it will save you hours of time each week.

Our customer success manager was fine but he was not as familiar with what we needed at the start. He introduced modules and items that we would never use instead of concentrating on what we actually required. However, he was very friendly.

I think monday.com is well suited to project management. It is also well-suited to day-to-day business operations. In my experience, it is not appropriate for people who do not have technical knowledge.
