Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to track our candidate rates. We used to have a problem with keeping track of our consultant's proposed rates. Now that we use monday.com, we can easily search for candidate rates and compare current rates with historical rates. These features help us ensure that we are offering competitive rates for both out candidate and the industry.

Pros

  • Great for tracking historical and current usage
  • Really clean UI
  • Easy for everyone to contribute

Cons

  • Tables can be too wide so need to side scroll
  • would love for the search to show similar words (in cases of misspellings)
  • sends too many emails
  • Saves time for having to chase down the information
  • board set up is really easy to use
  • easy to train new employees on its use
So easy to use. Such a great user interface. Can't say enough about how great monday.com is to look at and use. I also really like the confetti when a task is marked as done! That's so fun! The templates are great and very usable. Lots of great automation options as well.
Everything works well on monday.com. I've never had any issues with reliability or with the site being down.

I use monday.com to track candidate rates. As a company, we also use it for IT and marketing requests. It makes it easy for the relevant team members to track all the requests. Since it's so easy to use, it's really easy for junior team members to make sure that they are inputting the correct information in the system.
