Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for our day-to-day operations ranging from facilities planning, employee database management and HR processing. Automations have allowed these functions to move faster and with greater efficiency. We have a broad scope with regards to how we use monday.com and find it to be very beneficial to every employee that uses it.

  • Automations, specifically regarding connect boards.
  • Multi-select too has a 500 limit which is frustrating.
  • We have had to use PowerBI because of monday.com's limited reporting functions.

monday.com is very intuitive and easy to use. Over the past year, it has proved time and time again that it can and will consistently provide solid automations and drive the business forward. It really depends on user skills, but a little time in monday.com will foster ingenuity and creativity. It is a very user friendly tool.
At some point, you end up knowing more about the product that customer support so there is little they can do to assist if something is missing that is vital to operations.
Both of these factors have always been top notch and served us very well.

monday.com is well suited for uses in employee processing, and any task management-oriented activities. It is truly a workflow management tool and that is where it is most successful. Taking the next step with automations and really growing your scope in monday.com is where most issues arise. Limited capabilities on forms, partnered with limited capabilities on item creation stifle creative growth and can leave someone searching for answers using third party integrations instead of native monday.com features.
