Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Managing roadmap - integrated with Jira
  • Manage backlog
  • Manage checklist to on board customers
  • Documenting incidents and manage follow-up on action items
  • link items between project but not as the exists capability.
  • more playbooks to integrate Jira and monday.com. there are many integrations available, but i had to try many different ways till i learn the best method
  • ability to link exists Jira item to a monday.com item. we had to delete and recreate Jira items from monday.com.
  • Better communication to management
i am not using the templates. start from scratch
never used the customer support
i high level - i am very satisfied from the product. yet, we had cases when monday.com was not available. or changes were not saved.
