I use monday.com as a project management tool with my team. I input all my tasks and timelines within monday.com
Pros
- Tracking the process of each tasks but updating the statuses
- creating a chart of completed vs incomplete tasks
- Assigning people to various tasks and adding notes
Cons
- I wish I can copy over all tasks from one year to the next
- We use to use printed out excel spreadsheets and now I can make edits to the timeline and not have to print out a new spreadsheet for the entire team
Once you have your boards all set up it is very user friendly and easy to use
