Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com daily to keep track of the various jobs and projects we currently have on the go.

Pros

  • Helps our team collaborate
  • Helps track projects and workflow
  • Has the ability to keep a detailed log of exactly what happened on each job.

Cons

  • A time tracking functionality may be useful.
  • We simply wouldn't be able to work without this now.
Visually great and extremely simple to get to grips with. After that the amount of features and tools is excellent.
Only ever had to used this once and it was perfect.
monday.com has moved us onto anther level in regards to the organisation and flow of our client's work.

Has been handy to keep track of clients who have lots of jobs on the go at once. Very easy to report back to the client at which stage each specific job is at.
