Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it daily for projects and task assignments and workflow. We also post proofs in it for the whole team to make comments and approve or ask for edits. It keeps projects moving in the workflow.

Pros

  • Assigns jobs
  • Tracks workload
  • Sends email notifications about jobs

Cons

  • Page proof proofing tool could be a little more robust, it does what it needs to but could be improved
  • Easier project management
I think it does what we need it to on a daily basis. Team collaboration tools in PP could be better but it's decent.
I've never had to use it before!
Monday.com has only been down a couple times for me in the two years I've used it.
