Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

It is a great tool for collaboration across departments and teams within my company. I love the customizable features and ability to link across email and other platforms. It was great moving from multiple Excel spreadsheets floating around in emails to a cloud support platform. The transition from Excel to monday.com really improved the way we do business.

Planning and tracking. Both for specific projects and high level goals and strategy. The ability to assign responsible parties across departments is great!
