Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com to organize projects I'm working on and house information related to those products

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Functionality
  • Integrates with Slack

Cons

  • Accidentally deleting information from the board. I'm unclear of how to restore it
  • I don't have an experience here as it relates to the company only my personal experience
Because it's really easy to use. Having a busy work schedule, it's hard to find time to learn another software system. When this was presented to me I did an internal shudder wondering how I would find the time to fit it in. Within a few minutes I realized the time it would save me would be well worth it. Then I saw how easy it was to learn and I was fully thrilled!
I haven't used customer support but I'm sure it's great
It's been a fantastic tool in getting my teams to collab on and successfully complete projects together

It's great for sharing projects with other team members. It's less useful when I'm working on a single project alone
