Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com has transformed our client and time management. It is so easy to use, there are so many template available to streamline whatever you use monday.com for. Easy to use and so glad to have it as part of our everyday. It has freed up so much time that was originally used to organize clients and billable hours. I would recommend monday.com to other.

  • Easy for employees to adopt
  • Saves time every single day
  • Easy to set up client boards
The only problem I have is the time tracking, there are only 2 ways to set that up. Everything else is very user friendly.
I have not used a customer success manager. I have not had to request customer service for monday.com.
Monday.com has a sleek and easy to use design. The software is reliable though much harder to use on a phone.

Working with clients is great, you can share the boards with them and keep everyone on task. You can also make boards for yourself to keep your work organized. Very will suited for sharing with others.
