Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday.com to project manage and stay on top of deadlines. Monday.com is also used to assign different projects and tasks to staff members!

Interface is super easy to use. The only issue is that it can be sometimes hard to find things.
Although I have not directly dealt with the Monday.com customer service, my project manager has, and she has no complaints.
Monday.com works the exact way it is supposed to. I never run into any types of issues when it comes to pages loading and tasks being assigned.
