Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Client boards are maintained daily for project management and communications. Each client has access to their board to view and comment on meeting agendas and notes and to get updates on business development outreach. Boards are also kept for individual outreach sources to keep us organized internally.

  • Helps keep us on track, internally
  • Easy access of files/attachments
  • Don't know what you don't know - meaning we use the features we know and trust and don't look outside the box to add features to our flow.
  • Positive - workflow improvements
I'm sure there are features we could add to enhance workflow processes
