Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com everyday task, keeping track of projects and meetings. Team projects and we both can see live updates. Great tool to use project management, forms, time management and you able to send reports and reminders to your emails. I have multiple projects and meetings all the time this help keep me organized and lets me know where our team is on our projects. I also use the feature where your able to create a report of your task and I am able to present it to management in our meetings to let them know exactly where we are with a project.

Pros

  • Team Projects Task, your able to share task and assign your team to different task.
  • Sub-Task are great to step to getting the big project completed and it also is keeps track of the overall Task that needs to be completed.
  • Perfect for visual organizers the layout is optional to be created by the user.

Cons

  • When exporting board to excel to keep it as it is sorted. So if I sort by level of importance it will not allow me to export that way.
  • To move an item by dragging and dropping would be great way to organize my items.
  • Easy setup of project management boards
  • Time savings with team assigned projects
  • Time management reporting easy
I feel like anyone can use it and if they have the desire to test and create they can use to its up most potential. It is not just good for one type of business but all parts of your business and life as well. Great product overall, thank you.
I gave a 10 because I have not had to use customer service or support. Which overall says a lot of this product. As for customer support I have not had to use its services. But great that I had not had to use in the year I have been using the product.
Overall performance of monday.com has been great organizing and time management. This management software has help our company in different department reach their goals and projects. The impact has been blessing and not as stressful trying to manage a mess I once had. Its great I am able to use it anywhere.

I have been looking for a great product to help me organized and be able to present a task list to my manager. I was suggested this product by my IT Manager. The first week I used it I could say but amazing things about it. My boss and co worker was impressed on my task list presentation.
