Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for task management and organization. Each department in the company uses this platform and we have made sure to train all new employees on it as well. I really like the automation aspects of this platform because it allows me to keep tabs on different teams without having to physically check in 24/7. I can just go to their boards and see what they are working on that day. It's made communication and organization a whole lot easier!

I think it definitely takes some time to learn the platform. However, there was a team that helped train all the staff on monday.com and we were able to learn about all the things it could do. We were using the platform in a very basic manner, but now I would say we use the productivity tools to their highest capacity.
We have has a great experience with their customer support team. No complaints here.
The performance is great once you learn how to work the platform. It can be confusing for someone who is seeing it for the first time but it ends up being super beneficial in the end!

It is great for teams and businesses. I also think it is great for people who have remote work or team members. I would probably not recommend monday.com for companies that are hands-on because it does take some time to learn/use, but it's great for anyone who has a digital job and monitors tasks on a computer!
