As I mentioned before, we didn't dive into all of the tools. Monday.com offers so much more than what we utilized. However, for the items we did use, it made on-boarding new hires a breeze! The basic features allowed even our non-technical users to participate and engage with the dashboards.

Support was always very responsive and helpful.

Reliability & Availability

We never had any issues with features not working or the software being "unavailable". We experienced no downtime while using the product.

Great tool for tracking and monitoring tasks! There is so much you can do in Monday.com - we barely scratched the surface! Although we could've done more with the tool, we appreciate the transparency and organization it brought our company throughout the new hire process.
