Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use Monday.com for all my project management needs. Monday.com is very user-friendly and allows me to look at all the projects at one time but also use the subitem feature to categorize and further break down projects with timelines. I really like that you can add files directly to a column so that resources are readily available rather than going into another platform to find files. Monday.com gives my teams the organization they need while allowing me to manage tactic updates and completions.
Pros

- Creates status updates: in progress, working on it, done
Cons
- Sending multiple emails to people at once
- Moving projects is a bit tedius
- Monday.com has given my creative team more hours a day to write and create design rather than try to manage their workload. This tool saves our team approx. 2 hours a day in project management
- Monday.com is easy to initially set up and create new or duplicative boards
The overall performance has been great. I have used other platforms but find monday.com to be the easiest and most comprehensive when it comes to needing what I want from a project management tool. I like the design and features and it works well with managing resources and timelines.
