I've never had downtime, just delays with screen loading due to the massive amounts of data monday.com can take on

monday.com is suitable for managing massive amounts of leads in a small space. The web-app is intuitive and easy-to-use, and I love how they've accomplished keeping that familiar interface through the mobile app. The mobile app is quicker to load than the web-app and is easy to view and plug-in data on the fly.
