Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday. Com is an incredibly useful, easy to use and intuitive tool for effective task management. I use Monda.com to manage a personal and private list of tasks to help me with the day-to-day management of my work load and activities, as well as using it within projects to assign task to team members

Monday.com is very easy to use and intuitive, after a short tutorial I was able to use the tool to great effect. The user interface is well designed with bright colours, reminds me of apps like Duolingo. Activities are easy to add and to assign to team members, with automated reminders and alarm issued by email, gives accountability.
I have not experienced this as we have a project team member who is responsible for this aspect. I would expect that Monday.Com is easy enough to contact and should have support staff on hand to help out if and when issues arise. I note that a real person is offered, this is very good
The overall performance of Monday.com is very good, I am yet to experience any issues, I find monday.com an extremely usefull tool to micromanage my daily tasks to ensure that nothing is neglected or slips through the cracks, I am glad that many of our projects use the tool

Monday. com is well suited to small task lists , perhaps your day-to-day activities or things you want to get done in the coming week , but also very useful on project work, its ability to assign tasks to individuals and track these with warning and notifications is really useful as a project manager
