Tracking Sales Pipeline and Sales Contact Notes and Tasks

  • Clear Layout of Pipeline
  • Notifying and collaborating with team members
  • Mobile App Works Well

Cons

  • Being able to easily revert to a previous view/state
  • Perhaps some built in templates/sales reports
  • time saving for tracking sales pipeline
Intuitive user interface - easy to use, tag and collaborate with colleagues on tasks. Nice colour based interface for visual aid when tracking tasks and status of sales pipeline
Live chat is good when I;ve had to use and fast responses
A handful of outages over the last 12 months but nothing major and nothing that wasn't addressed quickly
