We use it to create workflows for new processes, especially processes that are likely to change often.

It's really easy to use and figure out, i never received training on the platform but was able to just go in and create boards by just clicking around. I'm sure its capable of more than i'm aware of.
I've never had to actually use the support feature.
It works great for our use, we use it to track projects and provide structure around new processes and it does just that without issue. It's also affordable for what it is.

Myself and our IT manager use it to track onboarding and offboarding tasks for employees, it's great for notifying appropriate parties in a timely manner. It's less suited for the actual employees to be able to check off items, it's more for internal use.
