Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com as our CRM to keep our three separate companies on the same page. It's a simple way for us to manage projects, sales and collaborate with each other. monday.com also makes it easy for our sales team to take notes on leads and contacts and keep each other informed.

Pros

  • Personalizing the platform based on our needs
  • Set up automated workflows for tasks
  • Offer products that fit our company's needs

Cons

  • Because it's so customizable, it can sometimes be overwhelming to have so many options
  • We had to hire a third party to help us build out our boards
  • QuickBooks does not integrate well with monday.com
  • Collaboration and follow-up is made easier
  • Time saving/Time Management
  • Task management
I feel like users need to be very comfortable with technology to maneuver around. We ended up hiring a third party to help build out our boards because there were just too many options and hard to narrow down what we needed from the platform. Even after it was built out, it is still somewhat daunting to figure out how to do things. We've had numerous "training sessions" to help employees, but it doesn't feel very user friendly sometimes.
over all the customer support has been very responsive and supportive. They were actually the ones who help us find the third party group that built out our platform. The people we've worked with are always very willing to hop on a call or set up a meeting to better understand what we are having issues with.
monday.com generally performs well and offers a highly customizable work management platform with automation, integrations, and various workflow tools that assists our company to function smoothly for the most part. The platform has a good track record of uptime, with minimal reported downtime or major technical disruptions. New features are typically rolled out without significant affecting core functionality.
We chose to move from Zoho to monday.com when our company started growing exponentially. Overall, our team was thankful for the change because we were growing at far to fast of a speed for Zoho's tools to keep up with us. monday.com is a better, beefier platform with far better customer service.

Do you think monday.com delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with monday.com's feature set?

Yes

Did monday.com live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of monday.com go as expected?

No

Would you buy monday.com again?

No

If you are tech savvy and your company is comfortable inputting information, this platform is great. We have found that some of our less tech savvy employees get uncomfortable with maneuvering around the boards and think they're going to mess something up or delete whole boards. Unfortunately, it can be hard to teach too.
