Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is being used on all of the companies of our corporation (currently 4). It's used by all company levels and departments, but it's most important use is for managing and planning production. Our company has grown over the last years and we used monday.com to keep track of our projects and for internal communication.

Pros

  • Internal communication.
  • Team management.
  • Project management.

Cons

  • More powerful mobile app.
  • Desktop app and browser mode not so RAM consuming.
  • Fewer automation bugs.
  • Time saving.
  • More access and universal access to information.
  • Team management.
  • Team building.
  • Increase of productivity.
monday.com is a powerful but very user friendly tool. It is like Slack and Asana combined but made better. I use to say that monday.com is like Excel on steroids, because anyone can use it from the get-go, because is so intuitive, easy to use and straightforward. Also, the possibilities for automation and personalisation are almost limitless.
This is one of monday.com's biggest strengths. Its customer support is very quick and effective. I've used it a lot and their response is always almost instantaneous, very friendly and capable of solving whatever problem. They also make sure that they follow up and ensure customers are happy and satisfied with their response.
monday.com is always improving and adding features. Inevitably there are bugs and thinks that don't work as well as expected on the beginning but monday.com team is always eager to improve them. New features like automations and integrations are always improving the tool and aim to address the needs and requests of users and clients.
I didn't use Asana that much, and I kind of liked it, but the visuals of Monday.com are just way more appealing. Also, I found Monday's customisation and adaptability stronger and easier than Asana's.

Did monday.com live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of monday.com go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy monday.com again?

Yes

monday.com is well suited for medium and large companies that have to keep track of products and/or projects with many stages. It's also fundamental to team building and team management as it makes information and communications between colleagues very easy, direct, simple and trackable. Due to its flexibility and personalisation, monday.com can be used by virtually anyone and for any purpose. I don't think there is a scenario where monday.com is not well suited (as long there is internet connection, of course).
