It's used by all company levels and departments, but it's most important use is for managing and planning production. monday.com is always improving and adding features. Inevitably there are bugs and thinks that don't work as well as expected on the beginning but monday.com team is always eager to improve them. New features like automations and integrations are always improving the tool and aim to address the needs and requests of users and clients.
