Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use monday.com as a project management tool for our team members to stay in touch on a specific project. We all work remotely so this really helps us all stay updated on the progress of the project and collaborate together. Having all the information in one place has been a gamechanger for our organization.

Pros and Cons

We can all work on a document at the same time
We track our company OKRs
The visual boards give us a quick glance at information

It does not track time. We have to use another software solution for that task and it would be nice to have it integrated.
We use Salesforce for our CRM and I do not think this integrates together.

Usability

Just like any other project management software out there, it has its learning curve but its user-friendly interface makes it easy for anyone on my team to use it without needing any prior technical knowledge or experience. It does take time to get familiar with the terms and functions to navigate the platform but I feel it is easy to use.

Support Rating

I personally have not had to utilize any customer support while using this platform so I am unable to comment but the fact that I have not had to reach out for help is a positive to me.

Reliability & Availability

The performance of monday.com has not been a problem for me. I have never experienced a down time or a time that I could not log in. The reliability has been great.

Trello, HubSpot CRM and Zendesk Explore

I feel monday.com is easier to use than the others listed. Specifically, I used to use Trello in the past and I really liked it. I even recommended others to use it but since working in monday.com, I found it has so many more features that meet our teams needs and we have found many advantages to using monday.com.

monday.com is great for us because we have several remote working teams. We really like how each member can log in and work on a project at the same time. We can edit documents together. This allows all team members to be updated on the project status at all times.
