Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use monday.com as a project management tool for our team members to stay in touch on a specific project. We all work remotely so this really helps us all stay updated on the progress of the project and collaborate together. Having all the information in one place has been a gamechanger for our organization.
- We can all work on a document at the same time
- We track our company OKRs
- The visual boards give us a quick glance at information
- It does not track time. We have to use another software solution for that task and it would be nice to have it integrated.
- We use Salesforce for our CRM and I do not think this integrates together.
- Effective time management
- Great communication tool for internal users as well as our customer we are working with
- Organized - it keeps all our information organized and easy to find
The performance of monday.com has not been a problem for me. I have never experienced a down time or a time that I could not log in. The reliability has been great.
I feel monday.com is easier to use than the others listed. Specifically, I used to use Trello in the past and I really liked it. I even recommended others to use it but since working in monday.com, I found it has so many more features that meet our teams needs and we have found many advantages to using monday.com.
