It's color coded so I can clearly see the next steps.
It's very user-friendly.
There is good customer service.

I haven't used it enough to fully track this but it's headed in the right direction.

Alternatives Considered

Insightly and Basecamp

Basecamp was awful to use and clunky. I still use Insightly.

It's great for different types of sales projects. I have different lines and this helps me to keep them coordinated.
