Overall Satisfaction with N-able N-sight RMM

We use N-able N-sight RMM as our primary RMM, which is deployed to all of our managed endpoints. It provides the primary method through which we remotely manage and control endpoints, provide end user help desk support, administer patch management, deploy software and settings and monitor system health, as well as provide mostly automated maintenance behind the scenes.

  • Vulnerability Scanning & Management
  • There's a time delay sometimes on manually run tasks
  • N-sight has allowed us to grow our endpoints under management without having to reinvent anything as we go.
  • It has enabled us to become more security-focused, and offer services that are well integrated and easier to manage in one place.
  • It's increased MRR (monthly recurring revenue) just by its nature.
It's not quite as polished as some of the others out there, but I believe it to be more flexible. We wish it did a few more things better, or more cleanly - like software deployment - but it excels at speed in its robust nature.
Its price point - with what you get for what you pay - far exceeds any of the others we've investigated or used in the past.

Any scenario where an MSP requires a robust, flexible system that's easy to grow with is a good fit for N-sight. For smaller operations, or for organizations where growth beyond a certain point is unlikely, there may be better-suited alternatives.
