Overall Satisfaction with N-able RMM

Current RMM tool for managing several hundred endpoints (patching, security, monitoring). Remote background as needed.
  • Patching
  • Alert logging
  • Easy of deployment
  • AV solutions are frequently buggy I've found.
  • Agent individual services occasionally bug on removal.
  • Support has been going downhill since the N-Able acquisition, in my opinion.
  • Dated portal.
  • remote patching
  • security
  • remote background
  • Purely from an RMM standpoint it allows for tremendous scale. Single tech can handle massive numbers of endpoints.
Recently evaluated NinjaOne and was very impressed. Have been with the (original) N-able RMM tool for nearly a decade, but considering a switch. NinjaOne's interface is very modern and slick. Lots of great features and integrations.

Do you think N-able N-sight RMM delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with N-able N-sight RMM's feature set?

Yes

Did N-able N-sight RMM live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of N-able N-sight RMM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy N-able N-sight RMM again?

No

The RMM has a lot of issues with its security deployment. Often slows client PCs. Removals are buggy. N-able RMM has been slow to address in my opinion. Generally, patching operates smoothly and easily.
