Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Namely is being used as our HRIS. It is easy to find everything and log information for employees, like salary, birthday, start date, etc. It helps us store information electronically rather than manually. Namely is used organization wide, and was really easy to implement. There were a few kinks with the payroll aspect, but our representative from Namely helped us smooth those out quickly.

  • easier way to create annual reviews. there are two ways and one is kind of confusing to use and the other one is too simplistic- they have helped me try to use the more difficult one, but i have yet to test it out.
  • Employee recognition when it is their birthday, work anniversary, etc
  • the annual reviews have improved immensely! before it would take employees an hour to complete now its simplified into one document and they just have and easy A,B,C,D etc options.
SharePoint is difficult to navigate. Namely is like Facebook and is easy to navigate.

Using Namely

Namely is extremely easy and user friendly. using new HRIS' can be difficult but this was the easiest one i have used.
