Overall Satisfaction with Namely

It's used by the HR dept mostly, however, the entire organization uses it for various requests, benefits, and recognition programs.

Paylocity was outdated and customer support was not helpful. The platform wasn't user friendly for administration or employees. Every small improvement was a big cost impact and the platform provided little to no flexibility in customization.
Namely has set up a new process for implementation where an assigned data analyst was on our implementation team. This person pulled all the data from the old system into Namely and ensured accuracy. It's the best and most smooth implementation I've been through.
Namely is a clear winner. The platform is user friendly and intuitive. The capability it provides is unmatched.
I love that Namely is easy to use and very efficient. If we ever run into an issue, their customer support is fantastic. Also, when I've made recommendations for platform improvement, they end up somewhere on the roadmap.
