Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Amazing experience with Namely! The user-friendliness of the product, customer support team, and features for HR/Finance/Reporting is second to none. The account managers are also diligent, responsive and are always there to solve any problem with great solutions at the drop of a hat. Highly recommend the product and service!

  • Reporting and working on reports in the system v.s. downloading and using in Excel.
  • More analytics and featured dashboards to slice and dice the data.

  • Accuracy of reporting and data.
  • Saved time in day to day HRIS work and changes across HR and finance teams.
  • Improved employee self service.
Namely is one of the best. It's user-friendly, a reliable system, good to use between HR and Finance teams. It's easy to navigate, not clunky, reliable in terms of customer service experiences, and also had a good dashboard built in to see analytics in a snapshot.
I was not part of the implementation of Namely. It was before my time. Prior to Namely the company used UltiPro, which is also a great system. The implementation/transition supposedly went smooth, but I cannot comment from my own firsthand experience.
Amazing system and features. Very easy to use and navigate - great dashboards and ability to see and understand the data we are using in the system.
Well-Suited:
Benefit set-up and enrollment.
Reporting and analytic functions.
HRIS and user friendliness of using and entering data.

Less Well-Suited:
Payroll is an area I'd love to jump into more and understand the capabilities.
Performance Management could have more/better features to robustly use the system, capture real-time feedback and also use for setting objectives. Namely functions better as a general HRIS v.s. a performance management platform at this stage (in my opinion), but has lots of potential.
