Namely is being used to streamline a variety of Human Resources processes including employee onboarding, time-off requests, and performance reviews. Namely is therefore being used by the entire company.
  • Streamlined workflows that make it easy for managers and employees to request changes to their profile information.
  • A robust performance process that allows for seamless annual reviews, 180-degree feedback, and more.
  • All-in-one information repository so employees can easily access information about themselves as well as get to know their fellow employees.
  • They have an org chart feature that is great but unfortunately can't be downloaded from the system in an easy-to-view manner.
