Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Namely is being used as the HRIS for the entire organization. We just signed up to implement Jazz to integrate our ATS.
  • Easy to navigate and intuitive.
  • Shows lots of information on an employee in one place.
  • Reporting is a little less intuitive. I would like to be able to create custom reports more quickly.

  • Unsure - I was not working at the organization pre-Namely.
Much easier to navigate, very intuitive.
I was not part of the implementation.
Not sure - was not with the organization before Namely was implemented.
I love how easy it is to use.
I think Namely has been great for all of our needs. Reporting seems to be the only place I would like to see some improvement.
