Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
NetSuite is solely used for OMI's small company ERP. Specifically, business accounting, manufacturing, shipment fulfillment, inventory control, purchasing, sales, and basic engineering activities all go into and through NetSuite. The software product is lightweight being in-the-cloud. That's a nice feature. It's accessible from anywhere. The ability to customize the product is useful. The Report (Searches) are easy to create and add a lot of power.

- Item Type Set-up
- Mass input changes
- BOM details.. I wish it had Line Item #s
- Some forms can be easily modified, but others are fixed or limited.
- Back to BOMs.. The ability to move lines would be helpful also.
- I'm not knowledgeable enough to rate the ROI, but I'm sure other solutions are much more expensive making NetSuite ERP a Best Value product.
It's been too long ago that I used JD Edwards so I can't make a comparison.
