Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

I am my companies administrator so I handle all aspects of the product. It does our financials, takes and tracks orders, handles our manufacturing, and runs our e-commerce website.

It's a good platform but once you use it they know they got you and keep raising the price and removing discount you once had for many years. its hard to move to another platform and they know that.
Support is good for the most part. sometimes you do not get a support rep that is knowledgeable and reads solutions directly from the built in Netsuite help section.
It is good at handling business financials it can do others but additional scripting and enhancements need to be done to taylor it too your business practices.

We joined Netsuite in 2010 when companies were moving away form servers and into cloud servers. This is more scalable naturally.
I think there are more options for this type of platform. It has also been around longer than when we started. There is more data and more referrals now then there was then.
