Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We use NetSuite ERP as end to end ERP. Ideally, would also have likely to use NS PBCS, but lost that battle. NetSuite ERP fully integrates with Salesforce, Tipalti, Avalara, FloQast, Avalara and banks and is our single source of truth.

NetSuite ERP is used by most mid sized and IPO ready software companies for a reason: it is robust, scalable and easy to implement using SuiteSuccess. In addition so many other SaaS tools easily integrate with NetSuite ERP, which makes it super skicky.

We use NS Advanced Customer Support and they are an incredible safety net. We are IT lite and have come to rely on ACS in-depth expertise. If you decide to get NetSuite ERP, be sure to include ACS in your purchase!

Using NetSuite ERP

Excellent product, easy to implement and intuitive to use. Compared to a larger ERP, significantly better ROI.
