NetSuite is fairly intuitive when you get used to it. SAP is clunky.

Oracle Hyperion (discontinued), Workday Adaptive Planning, Tableau Cloud
It's user friendly, and as a newbie admin, somewhat easy to understand the backend.
Our ACS team is pretty solid and the support is great. However, I feel 3rd party partners may actually have more exposure to scenarios ACS has not yet experienced.
It's a customizable tool that meets a lot of needs. Configurations are pretty simple to achieve.
