We currently use it for our Financials along with other systems. Our current business focuses would be AP Automation.

As mentioned previously, NetSuite is very user friendly.
NetSuite Help and SuiteAnswers is very in-depth and helpful. I can resolve just about all my issues when I refer to SuiteAnswers and if I can't find the resolution there, then, support is pretty responsive.
Compared to other systems, I've noticed that NetSuite is very customizable and flexible. Where as, with other systems, creating custom records, fields, and workflows are not exactly possible.
