Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

My firm implements full NetSuite services, does ongoing consulting, and NetSuite BPO deployments. I work as an outsourced financial controller for multiple clients who have upgraded their accounting data using NetSuite. This has allowed them to have better reporting and better access and use of their data, utilizing software connected to NetSuite and reports native in NetSuite itself.
  • Data Organization
  • Financial Period Management
  • Custom Reporting
  • Integration with other software
  • Native fixed asset module
  • Bank and credit card matching
  • Ability to budget and forecast
  • access to data through saved searches
QBO is like a Prius and NetSuite is like a Ferrari. Both will get you from A to B, but one is going to do it faster, and you'll like using it more.

Yes

Yes

Did implementation of NetSuite ERP go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy NetSuite ERP again?

Yes

The customization of user roles and the search bar finding anything you need make this easy to use as an admin and easy to make it usable for anyone on the team.
I have never contacted NetSuite support directly, but I have clients who have. It has been a mixed bag, sometimes good and sometimes not so good.
If a company has jumped from under a million in revenue to $3M (as an example) in a year, then I see them as a prime candidate. NetSuite will allow you to have better access to your data as you grow, and implementing at that size will be easier and better for the company in the future than waiting until they are $25M or more. Additionally, if the company leadership is financially minded then they will like the custom reporting much more than other ERPs.
