Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
We use NetSuite ERP for our financial reports, fixed asset management, revenue recognition and most things accounting either directly or as the system of record for peripheral systems. It is also a key component in data integrations to and from our other systems (crm, hris, commission tool, etc).

- Support at times (acs) was lacking
- Decrease close timeline by 50% while increasing accuracy
- Automated previously manual processes through workflow to eliminate manual input and errors

NetSuite ERP left Sage Intacct in the dust years ago. It was actually a painful experience to join a company not on NetSuite ERP after having been NetSuite ERP user historically. It was a joy to transition that same company to NetSuite ERP and reap the benefits once again.
