NetSuite ERP will make your life easier
Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
We use NetSuite ERP as our main ERP since about 2020, when we moved away from Sage 50, mostly because it "runs in the cloud". NetSuite ERP helped us to merge 2 softwares in one (Sage 50 and Act). Now, instead of having customers, prospects and leads in a software and do our sales, quotes, invoices, and even accounting in a different software, we can use NetSuite ERP for everything. Much better
Pros
- Reports
- Stock control
- Customer's management
Cons
- License management
- Integration with 8x8
- Item's Lot Control
- It helped us during pandemic times. Anyone with internet access could work from home. No VPN needed!
- We would need to upgrade our physical servers if we wanted to keep hosting our old ERP in-house, but because NetSuite ERP runs "in the cloud", that investiment was not necessary
- Our customers have access to their Invoices, and this is great
First, it runs in the cloud, meaning we don't have to host anything; we also don't need to apply manual updates for every single computer. I remember the headache of updating Sage on the server and, if successful, then on each one of the +-20 computers. Now, NetSuite ERP send us reminders about updates and we don't need to worry about if the user's computer will be compatible with the new update or if we need to do something special.
