Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite OpenAir PSA
Our organization uses OpenAir to track billable and non-billable time for our team. We break it down by projects, clients, etc. OpenAir allows us to know exactly how our time is spent and where. It helps answer questions such as, which clients, roles, projects are taking more time than others? We use this kind of information to help determine SOWs and more. We also use OpenAir for project management purposes, as well as expense tracking.

- Managing PTO, days off, etc.
- Like other time tracking and project management software, OpenAir does not have the cleanest interface. Would love to see something cleaner and more succinct.
- Search options are incredibly frustrating. Searching for projects is one thing, but if you trying to find a timesheet you've or a PTO request you've submitted, it can be almost impossible to find what you're looking for, even after adjusting to the right search parameters.
- OpenAir allows our organization to fully understand our resourcing needs, which helps provide background info when scoping new SOWs. This means our SOWs and timelines are more accurate and budgeted correctly.
- OpenAir saves time for our organization, which ultimately helps us become more efficient in our work.
Our team found that OpenAir has better, increased functionality than other project management programs. Instead of using multiple softwares for time tracking, expense reports and project management, OpenAir combines all three into one. Using one tool instead of three saves us money and time and allows us to work better while gaining the analytics we need to set ourselves up for success.
