We use New Relic for backend, frontend and synthetics observability. We need to know when our website for the users is performing.

- synthetics are good to use and we get value of it
- alerting functionality is very well
- APM and K8S infrastructurr monitoring

we can realtime observe our website, the synthetics and alerting functionality is very good, and the thord party integrations for example , teams, slack and opsgenie
It is very easy integrating and connecting of our applications within New Relic
we use dashboards and alerting functionality, ofwe enable more functionality there is a cost price for. The budget is for 1 year.
