I love Nextiva Business Phone Service! They make phone service easy! We have employees who work in office and remote as well as an IT team and call center and they all love having the access to Nextiva Business Phone Service like the app and portal as well as analytics to help all aspects of the business. The app makes it easy to make an receive calls even when out of the office and on the go. The analytics help us understand our marketing and what's working and to understand the type of calls we get, the timeframes and who is taking the calls. The portal is super user friendly and allows easy admin access to all employees. I also love the call recording!

- It has helped us schedule our office hours better or having a call center in place after seeing the analytics when the times and days that people call the most.
- The app has made it extremely easy to work on the go and make calls back to potential clients sooner.
- The call recording has protected our firm in so many ways!
We used to use comcast as always felt in the dark regarding the phones and how everything worked and the options we had. We also hated how they never really knew how to help when we called and we did not have nearly as many people to help or assist in a good amount of time.
