Nextiva Business Phone Service makes calling out to prospects found online whether it's in your CRM or a random website seamless! Also, when I receive a call and I am away from my PC but have my phone with me - picking up a call is as natural as using my real phone app. I am very happy with Nextiva Business Phone Service and will continue to use it and recommend it to anybody I know!

- I have noticed that if I do not have Nextiva Business Phone Service open and I try to dial out - it opens up the website but does not dial out. This, however, maybe a safety feature which I can appreciate.

I like Nextiva Business Phone Service a lot better in comparison to RingCentral. It's easier to use and seems to be less glitchy. I do not pay for either as an employee so I could not compare cost-wise - but if they are the same relatively speaking - Nextiva Business Phone Service is the better choice. I hope someday my employers upgrade to SMS/texting.
