Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
I use Nextiva to make cold calls as a Sales Executive. Nextiva allows me to make several calls to different prospects in and out of the US. It also allows my calls to got through with out being flagged as spam. Nextiva is also an extra technology I use to make cold calls whenever my CRM is down or unable to connect calls properly. I love Nextiva.
- Removing Spam Flags from calls
- Recording incoming and outgoing call details even while the app is not opened
- I am able to receive all incoming calls no matter what I am doing on my laptop.
- Providing caller ID info for numbers that are not saved
