[...] uses Nextiva Business Phone Service for our business needs. We network with multiple clients for revenue cycle management, credentialing, and consulting. It was easy to setup and forward their billing calls to our phones for easy convenience for their staff and patients. We also enjoy the easy to use fax service, very convenient with no machine involved! We were experiencing delayed or undelivered faxes in the past and we needed the convenience of a one stop shop. I would differently recommend this company for your phone and fax service!

I have used two other internet based phone service providers. One provider constantly had increased fees, there was not set bill range. The other had intermittent call reception. We didn’t port our lines we just chose an 833 and a local number with success.I hadn’t experienced any problems.I would recommend them and I recommend you be honest with your service needs, inform the reps of your pay range, and set a realistic go live date!
