Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne

NinjaOne is used for managing and monitoring all of our devices. The number of servers and workstations continually increases, and it's impossible to monitor it all manually. We used to have independent systems for everything, which made it difficult to remotely monitor and manage our devices. Now, everything is under one umbrella for a fair price. It reduces the time it takes to respond to issues. It also proactively alerts us of problems that we can resolve.
  • With Ninja, we are able to have all of our IT tools and management under one umbrella making it extremely easy to keep an eye on all of our servers and workstations.
  • Their support team is OUTSTANDING and gives quick and helpful answers to our questions. Our account manager calls us personally to review any issues and ensure we are running smoothly.
  • Ninja gives us automated patch management of our important devices, and has a nice security log to see what's been done.
  • The look and feel of their product sometimes feels outdated. It does not inhibit our work, it just could be modernized a bit.
  • NinjaOne has made it cheaper to manage all of our devices by centralizing management in one application
  • NinjaOne has made it easier to deliver value to our customers and automate a lot of tasks
NinjaOne makes it simple to assist users with issues. We can remotely see details about their computer such as space on the hard drive, CPU consumption, etc. We can see applications installed, and remotely perform administrative tasks without even needing to log in to their computer. When we do need to assist a user directly, we can launch a screen share and see exactly what they are doing.
NinjaOne handles our patch management by automatically pushing out Windows updates to our devices. We can even filter for devices that don't have the latest patches. Ninja also notifies us when certain security events occur, and we can add custom rules to be notified when certain devices have events. So helpful!
NinjaOne has made it easier for device onboarding. Adding a new device and getting all of our software installed used to be a long, manual process. Now, we just install Ninja, and all of our other enterprise software is automatically installed. When a customer buys a new computer, we can have them install Ninja which performs all the automated device adoption steps for us.
NinjaOne was cheaper and had a more robust platform. Other competitors didn't offer the same number of features or customer support.
