Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne

We use NinjaOne for our RMM solution. We utilize it to remote into systems, network monitoring, backups, Microsoft and 3rd party updates, and to streamline our laptop setup process.
We previously used N-central, and we're very happy with our decision to make the switch. N-central had more features, but it was much more difficult to manage.
Every aspect of the product is easy to use. If you're looking into new RMM solutions, please ask the vendors how much they charge to implement the product, or if they know of consultants who can help implement their product for you. NinjaOne will help you with the implementation, but you won't need much help. Our team had never set up an RMM solution before, and we managed to get NinjaOne fully set up in under 4 weeks.
  • Updates
  • Backsup
  • Remote Access
  • Backups. The backups are powerful, but there aren't a ton of options.
  • Backups. We have had issues with cloud backups at sites with lower bandwidth.
  • Remote access. We've had to manually uninstall and reinstall teamviewer before, but its very rare.
  • Great return on investment. It will help you run a lean team.
  • Drives automation. The software can be used to automate new device setup.
NinjaOne helps us to quickly remote into users' workstations to fix issues. We can occasionally push out commands to fix issues without logging into user's workstations. It allows our remote staff to support users in other states with a click of a button.
We're able to set up alerts, which notify us when critical devices are down.
We're able to sleep well at night, knowing NinjaOne is constantly monitoring and running backups.
We've been able to use NinjaOne to mitigate vulnerabilities by pushing changes via scripts.
NinjaOne does a great job of managing onsite and cloud-hosted backups.
NinjaOne does a great job of installing and managing our anti-virus.
We've used NinjaOne to automate new device setup, Microsoft updates, 3rd party updates, running scripts, and running backups.
NinjaOne isn't as versatile as N-able. NinjaOne doesn't have as many features or settings as N-able.
N-able is far more complex, which isn't always a good thing. For vary large-scale MSPs, it might be a better choice. However, for a small to medium-sized team, NinjaOne is an extremely powerful and beautifully simple choice.

Do you think NinjaOne delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with NinjaOne's feature set?

Yes

Did NinjaOne live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of NinjaOne go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy NinjaOne again?

Yes

I'm unsure if it would work well for a large-scale MSP. However, it is a very good solution for a small to large size company. The tool will allow you to run a lean team, because it will help you to drive automation.
We use NinjaOne at sites that have domain controllers and sites without domains. The product works great for both environments. Due to our complex environment, it's very nice that we're able to push out changes via NinjaOne instead of Group Policy.
