Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne
We use it for patch management and remote management of devices. This solution lets you easily connect to all your devices and deploy applications with automation (and a lot of other automation solutions). The patch management solution helps you monitor how many devices are out of compliance. We love using it and have used it for two years.

It has done a great job for us being able to jump onto computers with ease. Its nice when the user is not even logged in and you can jump onto the computer and work on it. Also you can run automated tasks to install apps and work on device health.
Installing patches to make sure our environment is safe guarded against security flaws.
Application installs. Device health tasks. Adding and moving files.
Better automation and central management.
