Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne
We use NinjaOne as our RMM solution. It solves automating software installs, system patching, and device management. Software installs became easy with their built in scripting. System patching is on a set schedule versus having a tech push update scripts. Devices are easier to manage due to the centralization of the platform.

We are able to remotely assist our staff. In the past, we would have to travel to a job sites location to assist. That, or have the end user / employee comes to our branch office in order to troubleshoot / resolve the issue they were experiencing. Overall, NinjaOne has made us faster and more efficient with end devices.
We push scripts that will configure a devices security. IE we deployed a script that blocked RDP connections at the device firewall level.
Patch management has been fully automated. Whenever we deploy new software, we add it to the patch management interface and it picks it up on the next patch cycle. We are also able to few of software product inventory with a higher degree of accuracy due to the software list feature off the main dashboard.
