Nintex Workflow for Office365

Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Platform

We use Nintex to automate business processes related to project controls through Workflows and Forms.

Pros

  • Visual.
  • Integrated.
  • Extensible.

Cons

  • No error handling in SharePoint 0nline.
  • Slow Form rendering.
  • No bulk processing options.
  • Time savings over manual
  • Consistency
  • Repeatability
We use Nintex within SharePoint Online. We do not have other deployment requirements.
Non-IT staff are the primary users and interact several times a day with Nintex forms and workflows for supporting daily tasks.
Nintex is more mature and robust than the other options we evaluated.
Nintex is very costly, and while services such as Flow and PowerApps are not nearly as mature or robust. It's hard to make the business case to jump up to Nintex on every project we manage.
